Hi, I’m Paul Pounder.

I’m a product leader, builder, and storyteller, and I run Triple P Digital, a one-person creative and technology studio exploring how AI, systems, and stories are built in the real world.

This site exists to document the actual work behind modern digital projects: the thinking, the trade-offs, the missteps, and the slow progress that rarely makes it into polished launch stories.

What I Do

By day, I work as a Senior Product Manager, with a background spanning software engineering, data platforms, real-time systems, and digital products.

Alongside that, I’m building a small portfolio of projects through Triple P Digital, including platforms, experiments, and long-form creative work. Most often in evenings, early mornings, and the gaps between everything else. Triple P Studio is the content and creative studio inside Triple P Digital.

My work tends to sit at the intersection of:

  • Product thinking — how systems are designed, shipped, and sustained
  • AI and automation — used carefully, practically, and without hype
  • Creativity and storytelling — because technology only matters if it connects with people

I’m less interested in trends, shortcuts, or overnight success — and more interested in what compounds over time.

Why Triple P Studio Exists

There’s no shortage of content about AI, startups, and creativity. What’s often missing is honesty about what it looks like to build things alongside real life — full-time work, learning curves, constraints, and uncertainty.

Triple P Studio exists to fill that gap.

It’s a place to:

  • Share what I’m building and why
  • Talk openly about decisions, mistakes, and revisions
  • Explore tools and systems in real use, not theory
  • Publish creative work that sits alongside the technology

Some of what I share is practical. Some of it is reflective. All of it is grounded in lived experience.

The Format

Across the site, and the accompanying podcast, you’ll find a few recurring themes:

  • The Build Room - Open updates on how platforms and systems are taking shape, including what’s working and what isn’t.
  • Studio Logs - Reflections on progress, pacing, motivation, and the long view.
  • Tools & Systems - How I actually use AI, automation, and product workflows in practice.
  • Studio Projects - Creative work in progress — stories, experiments, and ideas that emerge from the studio.

Most content is free to read and listen to. Some deeper material sits behind a small paid tier, for those who want to go further into the thinking and detail.

What This Isn’t

This isn’t hustle culture.

It isn’t growth hacking.

And it isn’t a promise of shortcuts.

It’s a record of building meaningful digital work slowly and deliberately — one system, one project, one lesson at a time.

If you’re also juggling work, learning, creativity, or building something of your own, you’ll probably recognise a lot of what’s written here.

Thanks for stopping by, and for reading.
